Sam Polistina

Sam’s specialty is within the residential and rural sales market and has been actively involved in the transactions of raw and approved development sites. With his wealth of knowledge of the market place and longevity in his career, he has become a very well known agent and community member among the area’s of Leppington, Austral, Rossmore, Bringelly & Kemps Creek having done initial and re-sales of many properties within these suburbs.

He passes his knowledge onto more junior roles, and mentors the current sales team on a daily basis and has his ear to the ground of all sales done by the Elders team. Each staff member apart of the sales team in both offices look to Sam for advice on any aspect of sales.

For over two decades Sam has been a member of the following committees: – Member of the Real Estate Institute of NSW – Member of the Estate Agents Co-operative, he has contributed to the success of the business by demonstrating his constant hard work and efforts in and out of the office, and has been recognized by the officials of the Elders Company.
